Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Market Administration who will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for four critical areas within Market Operations: Financial Transmission Rights (FTR), Seams Administration, Forward Market Solutions (FMS), and Day-Ahead Market Operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring these functions operate efficiently, remain aligned with organizational strategy, and meet all regulatory and market requirements. The Director will also foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while working across teams and stakeholders to support reliable and effective market outcomes. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $196,000-$221,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
Bachelors of Economics (required) Bachelors of Engineering (required) Experience
Experience working in Electric Grid Operations is required, with experience in Electric Grid Market Operations. (required)
Leadership or management experience. (required) Previous experience in the energy industry is required, ideally with exposure to power system or market operations.
