The Spirit of the Position LAZ Parking Technology and Innovation department is seeking a Director of Strategic Partner Success to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to our external partner ecosystem. These include but are not limited to e-commerce partners for digital products, PARC's partnerships for valet and self-parking, compliance, transportation partners. Today, partner relationships, contracts, and commercial arrangements are managed in a siloed and decentralized way across the organization. This role will centralize that work and set up a consistent approach to managing these partners. The Director of Strategic Partner Success reports to the Vice President of Business Intelligence and is responsible to manage and keep the relationships between LAZ and LAZ's strategic partners and be the LAZ communication conduit between the organizations. The primary aim of this position is to provide our partners with a point person at LAZ who can facilitate mutual success and alleviate friction. The Director interacts heavily with all levels of staff, including senior management and outside vendors, to set expectations and achieve the goals of the position. Why Join Us?
