Patient Registration Specialist

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Products required.
• Prior work experience in a medical office and/or customer service preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Must possess strong customer service skills, close attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain an appropriate filing system for the retrieval of needed information.
• Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to OneWorld patients and staff.
