Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Manager II within the Regulatory Actions and Revenue Services Branch of the Licensing Division (Division), part of the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Supervisor II of the Revenue Service Office (Office) will oversee the financial integrity and operational management of incoming revenue streams for the Division. The incumbent will provide leadership, strategic direction, and supervision over the Department's revenue processes and operations for the Division.

Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) - Title 11, Section 703 (d) of the Califor-nia Code of Regulations requires criminal record checks of all personnel who have ac-cess to CORI. Pursuant to this requirement, applicants for this position will be required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice and be cleared before hiring. In accord-ance with CORI procedures, clearance shall be maintained while employed in a CORI-designated position. Additionally, the position routinely works with sensitive and confi-dential issues and/or materials and is expected to maintain the privacy and confidentiali-ty of documents and topics pertaining to individuals or to sensitive program matters at all times.
Conflict of Interest (COI) - This position is subject to COI Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of as-suming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
Employment History on the STD 678 (State Application) must be complete and include dates, accurate hours per week, total time worked, duties and responsibilities, contact names and phone numbers of supervisors. Resumes or other documents cannot substitute a state application. Applicants who fail to submit a completed STD 678 (State Application) may be disqualified. Only the most qualified candidates will be invited to an interview.
