  • Engage commercial customers by phone, addressing disconnect and downgrade requests toretaintheir business
  • Build lasting relationships through attentive listening and proactive support
  • Present customer-focused recommendations that align Spectrum products and services with business needs
  • Resolve business customer complaints by understanding telecom needs and acting as a consultant
  • Communicate with business owners, offering empathy and assurance
  • Re-sell and upgrade Spectrum products and services to meet customer goals
  • Take ownership of customer concerns, serving as the primary contact and coordinating with internal teams
  • Research and resolve billing inquiries
  • Educateclients on the competitive advantages of Spectrum's business offerings
  • Document retention efforts and outcomes in Spectrum systems
  • Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility for overtime or weekend hours as needed

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 1+years ofsales experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
  • Familiarity with Spectrum Business Internet, video, music,dataand telephone products
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Understanding business telecom complexities
  • Proficiencywith computer and software applications such as CSG and Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+years'call center experience
  • 2+years ofcustomer service or phone/sales experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Telecommunications or premise-based voice and data product sales
  • CSG billing software experience

Skills

  • Sales knowledge of complex services such as Hosted Voice and Cloud Services
