Rotating Shift:7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility to fit your life, some shifts may start at 6:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m., based on your department's needs. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage weekly and multi-week maintenance schedules
- Lead planning for complex work, shutdowns, and major repairs
- Forecast labor and material needs for upcoming maintenance windows
- Collaborate with reliability engineering to improve preventive maintenance strategies and asset care plans
- Optimize job plans based on technician feedback and historical data
- Ensure job plans meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Monitor key metrics like schedule compliance, backlog health, and wrench time
- Work with procurement to secure specialized parts and services
- Mentor Level 1-2 planners and help maintain CMMS best practices
- Oversee cycle count programs for critical spares and validate inventory for planned shutdowns and major work packages
- Recommend improvements for inventory levels and stocking strategies
- Support vendor coordination for specialty and long-lead items
