*Job Description* Join a dedicated team as a Mortgage Records Management Specialist I, where you will play a critical role in organizing and scanning documents for over 500,000 loans. This project requires a strong work ethic and basic computer literacy, with no previous experience needed. The urgency of this project necessitates working on holidays to ensure timely completion. *Responsibilities* * Organize documents for over 500,000 loans into folders. * Scan documents into the software system. * Ensure accuracy and efficiency in digital tracking and organization. *Essential Skills* * Good work ethic. * Basic computer literacy. * Proficiency in digital tracking systems. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Basic proficiency in Excel is beneficial. * Customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and perform administrative support. *Why Work Here?* This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant project while developing your skills in a supportive environment. The work schedule includes weekdays from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am ET and weekends from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET. While overtime is not available, the nature of the project requires work during holidays. these are 10 hour shifts for 4 days! Friday-Sunday OFF *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vienna, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
