As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support the accurate processing of vendor payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail and customer service as you review invoices, verify documentation, and respond to internal and external payment inquiries. Key Position Details Position: Accounts Payable Analyst Schedule: Full-Time \| 40 hours per week Shift: Days (7:30 AM or 8:00 AM start) Location: Radnor, PA \| Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site) Education Associate's degree in Accounting preferred In lieu of a degree, 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience required Experience Experience processing high volumes of invoices and payment requests Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials preferred Strong computer and data entry skills required Licensure / Certification Not required Key Responsibilities Review and process vendor invoices and payment requests Verify documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments Perform data entry verification and support daily AP processes Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate and timely disbursements Make an Impact! https://youtu.be/y1hCdgU8F9M Employee Status: Regular Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Pay Range: $20.73 - $32.11 Job Grade: 206
