As the Senior Global Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing global supply shortages and risk across the Aerospace business unit, including facilitation of response scenarios and go-forward decisions. You will play a key role in analysis of potential raw material banks and ensuring that supply transition timelines are in line with material outage dates. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting creation of Global S&OP materials including processes, analysis and presentation materials. and managing various supply analysis activities.

This hybrid role will be based out of Sylmar, CA, Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA, and reports to the Global Supply Chain Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, and where possible align, shelf-life requirements with inventory policies to maintain product integrity and minimize waste.

  • Run MRP simulations to validate potential material coverage periods and support analysis of various risk mitigation scenarios.

  • Collaborate with site planning teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment of potential scenarios as well as decisions taken to address shortages.

  • Gather global S&OP information and develop analysis and presentations in support of review cycles

  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support on various supply chain topics as needed.

  • Support the monthly S&OP process by delivering data and participating in planning discussions.

Qualifications

  • Only US Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or another analytical discipline required.

  • 8+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory strategy, or replenishment planning.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (PowerBI).

  • Experience with MRP systems and supply chain planning tools (QAD or similar).

  • Experience supporting S&OP processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience managing material shortage mitigation and allocations.

  • Experience developing executive level presentations.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$145,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
