Back 1d Security Guard #6584 Conway, Arkansas, United States Apply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Security Guard will be responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of assets, personnel, customers, tenants, visitors, and other people and property on our grounds. This position reports to the Safety Business Partner. Job Duties: Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control Be always visible and observant, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during shift start times and end of shift times Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage and signatures Requisition Number 6584 Shift Second Qualification Qualifications: Registered security officer Must successfully pass & qualify armed security certification Law enforcement, security, or military experience strongly preferred Ability to work calmly and efficiently, particularly when under duress Certification in first aid, CPR/BLS, and self-defense Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays Clear criminal record Ability to pass a drug test Maintain a AR Concealed Handgun Carry License Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled Starting Pay Rate Pay Rate $25.75 per hour
