DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will support garage staff by managing access to repair parts and specialized tools, ensuring that commonly used items like filters, belts, and fluids are kept in stock according to established levels. You will be responsible for storing, issuing, and overseeing the use of specialized equipment needed for garage operations. Additionally, you will verify inventory counts, maintain accurate records that align with current invoices, and analyze these invoices in SAP to facilitate proper payment processing. Your role will also involve assisting the Purchasing agent in supplying materials to both the field and garage, analyzing usage patterns, and recommending adjustments to reorder points. You will prepare requisition forms for parts, monitor their status, and inspect stock room items upon receipt, ensuring that any discrepancies with vendor invoices are addressed. Furthermore, you will manage the material components within the SAP Plant Maintenance and Supplier Relationship Management systems, oversee the purchase and storage of materials, and ensure the efficient use of resources. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or clerical work; and graduation from high school; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
