Job Description: Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking an AF DCGS / ISR Operations and Integration Analyst to support the Air Combat Command (ACC) A3/2D mission at Langley AFB, VA. This position provides Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) and integration support for Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) and related Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. The selected candidate will support modernization, integration, and strategic planning efforts, while assisting with the implementation of the COMACC-directed convergence of Air Operations Center (AOC), AF DCGS, and Targeting enterprise initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of ISR operations, Joint integration, and emerging technologies to enhance mission effectiveness across Air Force, DoD, and Coalition environments. Duties/ Responsibilities:
Support AF DCGS program management and monitor intelligence mission organizations, systems, tradecraft, policies, and non-materiel solutions with a focus on modernization and future operations Assist with integration of emerging operational concepts, technologies, and systems to enable interoperability across Air Force, DoD, Joint, and Coalition partners Support planning, programming, and budgeting processes, including modeling, simulation, and cost analysis for ISR capabilities Develop and author strategic documents such as Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), program defense narratives, white papers, and executive-level correspondence Analyze and interpret National and Service-level policies (e.g., NDS, NMS) and emerging warfighting concepts (e.g., ABMS, JADC2), providing recommendations for AF DCGS and ISR programs Represent ACC A3/2D in exercises, test events, and experimentation efforts to develop and validate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Multi-INT, Advanced Analytics, Automation, Augmentation (AAA), and cloud-based ISR systems Support development and implementation of Air Force and ACC strategies, policies, and operational concepts Provide expertise on Joint ISR, Targeting, and Command and Control (C2) architectures, including platforms, sensors, and data links Participate in working groups to develop ISR strategies, documentation, and implementation plans across the Air Force Provide SME support on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), automation, and advanced analytics initiatives Support integration of AF DCGS, AOC, and Targeting enterprises into a unified digital environment (Project Nexus) to improve operational speed and scalability Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend solutions to improve mission effectiveness
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of AF DCGS operations and ISR processes Experience supporting Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E), exercises, or mission integration efforts Familiarity with Air Force and DoD planning, programming, and budgeting processes (PPBE) Ability to analyze and interpret national-level strategies and policies and translate them into actionable recommendations Experience developing technical and strategic documentation, including CONOPS, white papers, and briefings Understanding of Joint, Air Force, and Coalition Command and Control (C2) architectures and ISR systems Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including briefing senior leadership Experience working in cross-functional teams and representing organizations in working groups or test events
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), or Joint Warfighting Concept initiatives Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML), Automation, Augmentation (AAA), and cloud-based ISR technologies Experience with modeling and simulation tools and cost analysis Background in Multi-INT operations and intelligence fusion Knowledge of Air Operations Center (AOC) and targeting enterprise operations Experience supporting Joint or Coalition exercises, test events, or experimentation efforts Prior experience within ACC, AF DCGS, or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations
Education and Experience:
- 10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree is desirable.
Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

- Occasional Travel may be required
