* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred). Core Competencies The base pay range for this position will be 120,000 to 150,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job.
