Manage coordination with external consultants, including medical equipment planners, specialty vendors, and commissioning agents.
Regulatory & Technical Oversight
Guide project teams through healthcare regulations and approvals, including state agency reviews and AHJ coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, FGI Guidelines, owner standards, and facility requirements.

Construction Administration & Delivery
Oversee construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, field observations, change management, and project closeout.
Manage projects within occupied healthcare environments, including infection control, interim life safety measures, and shutdown coordination.
Apply a solutions-focused approach to resolve field issues in collaboration with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Internal Leadership
Supervise and mentor architectural staff assigned to healthcare projects.
Foster collaboration across architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
Serve as Project Manager and/or Project Architect for ongoing and as-needed healthcare client work.
