As a Security Officer Access Control Guard in Rogers, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and visitor or driver check-in points to help support authorized access to the location, including verification of credentials, badges, manifests, and/or delivery documentation as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Assist with traffic flow at entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or freight carriers while following post orders and helping to support an orderly operation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
