Desktop Support Technician (Windows 10) - Onsite \| 1+ Year Contract We're seeking a motivated and customerfocused Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite Windows 10 deskside and remote support in a corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, communicates well, and enjoys solving enduser technical issues. This is a 1+ year contract opportunity. Required * 1.5-3 years of Windows 10 desktop support experience in a corporate environment * 1.5-3 years supporting enduser client LAN/networking issues * Strong customer service with a professional, serviceoriented approach * Must be fully vaccinated Nice to Have * Prior experience working without an onsite client manager Role Responsibilities * Provide onsite deskside support for Windows 10 systems * Perform remote takeover troubleshooting and resolution * Support enduser hardware, software, and networking issues * Collaborate with remote teams as needed * Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions Additional Details * Duration: 1 year+ * Equipment: IBM will ship the PC * Environment: Candidate must be selfmotivated; no client manager onsite * Vaccination: Required Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Warrendale, PA.
