Legal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing robust support to our management team. This is a full time position for an experienced family law legal assistant who is familiar with family law such as e-filing, etc.  Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and distributing information within the office
• Maintaining and updating filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, etc.
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
