Director, Student Health Center (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Shape the Future of Student Health While Continuing to Practice Saint Louis University is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the next Director of the Student Health Center. This unique leadership opportunity combines approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% administrative leadership, allowing you to maintain an active clinical practice while guiding the strategic vision and operations of a comprehensive student health center. As Director, you will lead an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting the health, well-being, and success of SLU students. Working within the Division of Student Development, you will help advance our Jesuit mission of cura personalis-care for the whole person-through an integrated approach to healthcare, wellness, prevention, and student support. About the Role The Director provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Student Health Services and Physical Therapy at Saint Louis University. The position balances direct patient care with leadership responsibilities that support clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, and student-centered service delivery. The Director reports to the Assistant Vice President for Student Well-being and collaborates with campus partners and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, accessible care for students.
