  • Stay ahead of the regulatory curve through deepdive reviews of new laws, regulations, opinions, and bulletins, translating them into meaningful insights for assigned states and lines of business.
  • Shape the narrative for internal and external audiences by developing compelling communications for home office teams and agency partners that highlight rate updates, product enhancements, new offerings, and important regulatory shifts, all supported by meticulously maintained project records.
  • Strengthen audit and legal readiness by retrieving and organizing historical rates, rules, guidelines, forms, and agent communications for state auditors, internal auditors, and litigation teams.
  • Enhance our credibility with regulators by delivering thoughtful, accurate responses to department of insurance inquiries, partnering across divisions to ensure clarity, consistency, and trust.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Superior knowledge and proficiency with insurance department filings.
  • Tenured experience within Farm Family Insurance compliance or operations departments
