Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Mebane, NC.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Core Responsibilities

  • Support creation and updates of the master production schedule by converting demand, forecasts, and work orders into accurate, timely plans.

  • Coordinate production control activities, including material availability checks, order status updates, and preparation of production packets/kits.

  • Participate in shortage management by preparing shortage lists, tracking recovery actions, and communicating status to internal teams.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Engineering to keep schedules aligned with business needs.

  • Maintain planning data and ERP parameters (lead times, lot sizes, routings) and assist with capacity checks, MRP exception handling, and basic bottleneck analysis.

  • Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards while contributing to a collaborative team environment and continuously building scheduling skills.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 2 years of experience working.

  • Knowledge of ERP system specifically SAP system.

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills..

  • English language.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.
