College of Arts & Science Job Description
This position plays a central role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of performances, academic programming, and engagement activities across the college of Arts & Science. Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, artists, vendors, students, and community partners, this position ensures events are well-organized, welcoming, and aligned with institutional goals for artistic excellence and community engagement. The role combines logistical planning, relationship management, financial oversight, and operational coordination to support a wide range of performances and programs while enhancing audience experience and strengthening partnerships both on campus and in the broader community.
Shift
The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This role requires flexibility during peak event seasons and may also include extended work hours on Thursdays, Friday, and Saturdays to support scheduled events. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
