SUMMARY The Senior Coordinator of Student Employment plays a pivotal role in shaping a consistent, supportive, and development-focused employment experience for student workers across the university. This position advances institutional goals by ensuring student employment is accessible, fostering meaningful and engaging on-campus work opportunities, and strengthening alignment across the full student employee life cycle-from recruitment and onboarding through development and recognition. The Senior Coordinator collaborates broadly with campus partners, supports both supervisors and students, and leads initiatives designed to enhance the quality, consistency, and impact of student employment. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
