Transactional Insurance is composed of Aon's Tax Insurance and R&W Insurance team, which helps corporate and private equity clients allocate and mitigate specific transactional risks so deals can close with greater certainty and capital can be deployed more efficiently. It is commonly used in M&A transactions, tax credit investments, and corporate planning.
