We are seeking an experienced VP, Quality Control and Validation to oversee the global test and validation strategy for all motherboard and server hardware products. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive validation framework that combines advanced simulation-driven verification with rigorous real-world testing. You will establish best-in-class methodologies, ensure seamless alignment between validation processes and product development cycles, and collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. As the departmental leader and gatekeeper for product quality, you will define clear internal and external responsibilities and lead the team to prevent field quality issues, ensuring high reliability and excellence in all hardware deliverables. Salary Range
$300,000 - $365,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
