Position Function:

Primary assignment includes teaching four classes per semester across all content areas of management (e.g., leadership, human resource management, entrepreneurship, international business, organizational behavior). In addition, there will be service and outreach responsibilities based on the departmental needs.

Candidates should have the ability to be physically present on Ball State campus multiple days per week and should be prepared to teach both face-to-face and online courses. Student needs will determine the final count of in-person vs online courses.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution

• Previous teaching experience at the secondary or undergraduate collegiate level

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution

• Significant teaching experience at the secondary or undergraduate collegiate level
