The Senior Manager, Assessment & Insights Strategy plays a strategic role in defining and clarifying the data needs of our customers; develops and deploys insights gathering methodologies and instruments; analysis and interpretation of collected data. This role leads the development, deployment, analysis, and interpretation of insight-gathering methodologies that provide data-driven insights to guide customer decision-making across Learning Solutions engagements.
As an integral part of the strategic capabilities team, the Sr Manager -Assessment & Insights Strategy will evaluate and define the scope of the business question and insight areas. They lead assessment strategy and ensure findings are translated into actionable recommendations supporting capability building, transformation, and commercialization outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessment Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to evaluate current client requirements in response to client meetings or Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Design and deploy effective assessment strategies, utilizing innovative delivery modalities and platforms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to support Learning Solutions transformation capabilities.
  • Ensure project deliverables are on time and on budget.
  • Lead assessment strategy aligned to business and learning objectives, including capability and impact measurement.
Insights Responsibilities
  • Oversee and conduct the analysis and interpretation of assessment results, report project progress and present key findings and insights to customers.
  • Design effective strategies for gathering insights, aligning with customer-defined data needs.
  • Develop insight-based recommendations that inform learning design and strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into executive-ready insights.
Added Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of learning evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4).
  • Ability to translate complex data into decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to proposal development and client-facing presentations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, and/or pharma/biotech industry.
  • 5-8 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies and data analysis
Education
  • Required: 4-year college degree
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in a science, research or data analytics field
Specific Requirements
  • Remote based role
  • Able and willing to travel 5-10% of the time.
Skills
  • Required: Bio-pharma assessment experience, extensive knowledge and experience in qualitative health measurement gathered through academic, research and commercial practice. High-level PowerPoint, writing and presentation skills.
  • Background in Survey Development, Consulting or Biopharma Research. Implementation science and/or Patient Preference experience. Training experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $121,900 to $148,800. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
