Pharmacist - Director West Plains, Missouri Pay From: $67.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Pharmacist - Director Must have an active and good standing Pharmacist license in Missouri Must hold Medication Therapy Services certification Must hold an active Pharmacy Consultant license Must have 3 plus years of manager experience Must have Inpatient pharmacy experience DUTIES: Pharmacy Director will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Manage pharmacist schedule Manage Total Joint Commission prep Ensuring regulatory compliance Work with operations coordinator to implement clinical initiatives Assist with fill orders Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including medication procurement, storage, distribution, and sterile compounding, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Manage IV prep Participating in quality improvement projects, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency Assist with new order entry overseeing the clinical operations and staff within the pharmacy department, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
