What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform data entry and administrative functions within the assigned work area
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound pick-ups with carriers and internal teams
• Ensure timely, accurate shipment processing and consolidation in accordance with company standards
• Adhere to Vendor Routing Guide requirements for all shipping activities
• Support computer room operations, including generating labels for daily production orders
• Track and maintain monthly rack audit information in Maintenance Connection
• Track recurring Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in Maintenance Connection
• Assist Operations Analysts by generating custom reports from Warehouse Management Systems for work orders
• Perform inventory adjustment audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze workload data and communicate with internal departments and external carriers to support operations
