We're looking for aJunior Modern Workplace & Copilot Developerwho can work closely with our business partners to support the delivery of lowcode, AIpowered solutions across our enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for an earlycareer technologist who is passionate about Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, and who wants to grow their skills while working on realworld business solutions in a global organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building solutions quickly, collaborating with business teams, and learning how AI and lowcode tools can transform the modern workplace.


What you'll do:

  • Identify Opportunities and Efficiencies for Business Partners
  • Collaborate with business partners to discover areas where workflows can be improved and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Build LowCode Solutions Develop and enhance business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with guidance from senior engineers and architects.
  • Copilot & AI Enablement Help configure, extend, and test Copilot experiences, including prompts, plugins, and workflows that support employee productivity across Microsoft 365.
  • Business Process Automation Support the automation of common business processes (approvals, notifications, data capture, reporting) using lowcode and nocode approaches.
  • Data & Integration Support Work with data from Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and SQLbased sources, and assist with basic integrations to existing systems and services.
  • Quality & Documentation Follow established best practices for solution design, security, and governance, and contribute to clear documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration & Learning Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and senior technologists to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Stay curious and continue learning about Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities, bringing ideas back to the team.


Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software development, lowcode platforms, or technical business solutions (including internships or graduate roles).
  • Handson experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and how users work daytoday.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts (tables, relationships, simple SQL or Dataverse experience is a plus).
  • Interest in AIpowered tools and practical workplace applications (Copilot experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong problemsolving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and comfort working with both technical and nontechnical partners.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred but not required.
