Then join our ABS (AI Business Solutions) Go To Market (GTM) Team as a Solution Play Lead for the "Low Code and Agent" initiative. In this role, you own the endtoend gotomarket strategy for one of Microsoft's most strategic AI growth motions: empowering enterprises to buildagentic, AIpowered business applicationsusinglowcode platforms.

You will define the narrative, orchestrate execution across Product, Sales, Partners, and Engineering, and ensure this solution play consistently drives pipeline, adoption, and customer value realization. This highvisibility role requires strategic judgment, handson GTM execution, and credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Solution Play Strategy & Ownership

    • Own theendtoend Solution Play strategyforInnovate with Low Code AI & Agents, including value proposition, target segments, hero scenarios, and success metrics, aligned with the official Solution Play framework.
    • Translate platform capabilities (Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages) intoclear, outcomedriven customer narrativescentered on agentpowered business processes.
    • Continuously refine the play based onmarket signals, competitive dynamics, and seller feedback.

GotoMarket Leadership

    • Lead crossfunctional execution acrossProduct Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Partner, and Customer Successto deliver a coherent GTM motion.
    • Drive creation and readiness ofpitch decks, playcards, customer reality maps, and seller enablement assets.
    • Ensure alignment acrossCustomer segments, including prioritization and sequencing of acquisition & expansion motions.

Field, Partner & Ecosystem Engagement

    • Act as theprimary point of accountabilityfor seller and partner readiness for this Solution Play.
    • Work closely with thepartner ecosystemto define partner roles, cosell motions, and solution differentiation - especially for agentbased scenarios.
    • Engage directly with customers to validate scenarios, gather insights, and shape roadmap feedback loops.

Performance & Insights

    • Define and trackSolution Play success metricsacross pipeline, revenue and adoption, using the standardized ABS measurement framework.
    • Deliverexecutivelevel readoutsthat clearly articulate what's working, what's not, and where to double down.
    • Use insights to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and investments.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in go-to-market
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in go-to-market
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in go-to-market
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in go-to-market
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing in a high tech or innovative company within the product marketing or product management discipline.
  • Experience with cloud-based Enterprise software, or digital transformation technology or Agentic AI
  • Experience creating and executing go-to-market initiatives at scale, demonstrating the ability to uplevel plans and strategies
  • Experience working with partners, including an understanding of partner business models, capabilities and co-selling.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
