Purpose of Position
The Software Engineer supports the development, integration, configuration, and sustainment of computer hardware and software used in FlightSafety's simulation products. This role develops skills across production support, simulation computer systems, operating systems, cybersecurity hardening, build environments, and integration of simulation software and hardware. . Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another applicable technical field.At least
2 years of related software engineering experience, preferably involving simulation systems or realtime environments.Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Internal progressive experience may qualify when an employee demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
C++ competency preferred. Minimum Experience
