Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com We are seeking a highly technical and organizedDielectric Materials Engineerto manage the lifecycle of our polymer-based coating systems. This role bridges the gap between raw chemical formulation and large-scale manufacturing, ensuring our dielectric materials meet rigorous performance and scheduling standards. Key Responsibilities *Vendor & Supply Management:Act as the primary point of contact for chemical and coating vendors. You will negotiate lead times, maintain a consistent supply of raw materials, and oversee inventory levels to ensure zero production downtime. *Coating Operations:Manage the end-to-end scheduling of coating runs with external partners. You will be responsible for technical oversight during these runs to ensure specifications are met. *Formulation & Logistics:Utilize your expertise to formulate and refine material recipes. You will oversee the preparation, packaging, and "ready-to-ship" protocols for materials heading to our main production facility. *Technical Problem Solving:Apply deep knowledge ofpolymer chemistryto diagnose and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks, material inconsistencies, and technical failures on the line. *Inventory & Documentation:Maintain precise records of chemical stock and technical datasheets, ensuring all materials are tracked from receipt through final production integration.
Qualifications and Skills Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred Technical Experience: Experience with dielectric materials, thin-film coatings, or polymer synthesis is preferred. Operational skills: Strong Project Management Skills with the ability to coordinate compiles schedules with third party vendors is preferred. Analytical Ability: Ability to translate chemical theory into practical solutions for high volume manufacturing environments is preferred #LI-KD1 Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $81,670 - $136,116Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
