The Director of Multi-Specialty and Surgical Clinics provides strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory programs across multiple clinic settings under the direction of the Ambulatory Chief Nursing Officer. This role is responsible for the clinical, administrative, operational, and financial activities of the clinics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance expectations. The Director collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, high-quality and safe patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an excellent patient experience. The position also leads efforts in program development, service line growth, and continuous performance improvement across Audiology, Augusta Specialty, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, and Zion Crossroads clinics.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field, and brings progressive leadership experience in multi-specialty and/or surgical clinic environments. This individual demonstrates strong expertise in interdisciplinary collaboration, team development, and change management, with a proven ability to oversee complex clinic operations and achieve measurable results. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and patient-centered care.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree required. If licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse - Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from an accredited program required. Masters degree must be obtained within 4 years of hire or transfer. If an RN license is held, a BSN is required. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Education: MSN/MBA/MHA Licensure: Registered Nurse Benefits
