Job Description: Amherst College invites applications for the Associate Director for Analytics position. The Associate Director for Analytics is a full-time, year-round position. The expected salary range for this job opportunity is: $90,000 - $100,000. The salary offered will vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant education, training, and experience, tenure status, and other nondiscriminatory business considerations. Working collaboratively with the Office of Institutional Research & Registrar Services team, the associate director for analytics will take a leadership role in designing and maintaining a reporting environment that will allow our diverse College leadership, faculty, and staff to make effective and strategic use of data in planning and decision- making activities. The associate director for analytics plays an important role in completing high-stakes, external surveys and provides support to the governance committees of the college. The associate director for analytics will coordinate verification of the accuracy and timely submission of reputational surveys. The associate director for analytics takes appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participates in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
