Executives hiring is a strategic, high-impact process focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier senior leaders to lead Stellantis' transformation.

This involves filling Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director-level roles critical for steering the company toward its future goals. Our approach integrates global expertise with local and global market insights, exquisite quality, and assessment-based hires, ensuring a cohesive "Global" talent strategy. The purpose of Executive hiring is to secure the leadership required to drive Stellantis' transformation in an evolving mobility industry. These leaders will be instrumental in operational excellence, execution, innovative strategies, and fostering an inclusive culture that aligns with our values & diversity goals.

This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and is part of the HRT/GTTM Leadership team. Additionally, the role is fully embedded in the HR Leadership team (HR leaders of regions/functions/divisions) and closely partners with Regional TAs, Global & Regional Comp&Ben, Global/Local HRBPs, Talent Management, Workforce Planning.

Responsibilities:

The role owns Executives talent acquisition for Stellantis (SVPs / VPs / Directors hirings) acting as the Global Single point of Contact for all recruitment related topics. Main responsibilities include:

Delivery:



  • Drives the Global Executive recruitment strategy, implementation and governance across regions to deliver on our priorities and goals. 50 hirings/year.
  • Focal point for HR leaders for hiring strategy
  • Drive and ensure consistency across Stellantis in the implementation of the Executives TA Playbook.
  • Link between Global function leaders, function HR, HR Workforce, and Regional/local
  • Can support and handle directly hard to fill
  • Build, manage, coach, empower and develop a successful and cost efficient globally distributed TA team.
  • Ownership and single costs controller for Executives recruitment agencies fees (2 million in 2024)
  • Single POC for agency usage for Stellantis regarding Executives hiring. Manage agencies for Executive hiring.


Workforce/Head Count Planning:



  • Supports implementation of workforce planning and translates workforce planning needs into hiring plans = Seeks alignment on hiring approvals and monitor Liaise with function HR and HRT Workforce for approvals.
  • Responsible for approving any pipeline creation for executive hiring.


Hiring Strategy:



  • Proactive identification of talent gaps with Talent management and Job Families for executive roles for today and future talent needs.
  • Build and implement a global operational hiring strategy for executives to support talent acquisition
  • Contributes to strategy and business decisions with Works with talent intelligence to conduct mapping projects.


Stakeholder Management:



  • Programs manage global recruitment initiatives and be the single point of contact
  • Is a strategic talent advisor and partner to HR Leaders/EVPs and SVPs.
  • Reports Executive recruitment
  • Global escalation points of contact for Executive hiring.
  • Build positive and trustful relationships with hiring leaders and the broader HR community that elevate the GTTM TA as the only/most credible talent partner to the business and


Reporting:



  • Contribute to the larger Global Talent Acquisition Agenda as part of the leadership
  • Monthly Global reporting of Executives TA progress and KPIs related.
  • Lead by example on how to use data and insights to influence hiring and find efficiencies across the TA function.
  • Responsible for managing the Executive Hiring budget (2 mio EUR/year)


TA best practices:



  • Implements harmonized approaches across organization - Executives TA
  • Actively promote the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce to deliver on the diversity ambitions
  • Global education of Executives TA playbook, processes and standards, including business (HMs) and candidate

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with demonstrated success in executive recruiting.
  • Ability to lead diverse and global recruitment teams, creating a culture of collaboration focusing on delivering results.
  • Ability to collaborate & work directly with EVPs, SVPs and VPs of all Stellantis divisions.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with the CHRO, head GTTM, HRBPs SVPs.
  • HR management experiences of key Stellantis business functions from end-to-end (engineering to sales) to understand the skills required.
  • 360 knowledge of key professions of an OEM to answer any hiring need at SVP VP or Director level.
  • Ability to lead an international recruitment agenda.
  • Ability to work with every of the 6 regions of Stellantis. Fluent & full professional English required.
  • Ability to lead through and influence others outside of direct team/reporting line.
  • Strategic vision with the ability to identify future business needs and adapt / develop accordingly.
  • Knowledge of comp & ben policy & main benefits working in partnership with C&B teams in the different regions and Global.
  • Passion for being a brand ambassador through a strong recruitment approach, confidence in skills to deliver amazing experiences for candidates and
  • International experience with a strong understanding of regional talent acquisition nuisances, able to work across cultures.
  • Ability to create trusting and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong judgment on critical business priorities considering the needs of candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, customer focused and have a strong drive for
  • Strengths in strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Confidence with data and the ability to use insights to drive performance, influence leaders and decision making.
  • Ability to close the negotiation of packages with selected candidates.
