Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Records Management Compliance team as aCompliance Consultant! About the role As a Compliance Consultant on the Records Management team, you will bring deep expertise in Records Management and governance to support enterprise-wide initiatives and business partners. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of retention, defensible destruction, and lifecycle governance practices across systems and business functions. The position operates with a high degree of independence and requires strong judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate policy into practical execution. Success in this role requires consistently delivering well-structured, business-ready solutions while ensuring records are managed effectively within the broader data lifecycle and aligned to enterprise data governance frameworks. Compensation $87,900 - $146,500 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus Who you are
