Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a dynamic and strategic business leader to take ownership of a critical and growing line of business within our Defense Mission Solutions business unit. This Department Head role offers significant visibility with senior corporate leadership and the opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and deliver mission impact across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational excellence, business development acumen, and leadership to accelerate performance and expand our footprint. What you'll do:
Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
