Logistics Analyst I

What You Will Do:

• Monitor, investigate, and reconcile inventory to ensure compliance
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
• Support planning, shipping, and resolving supply chain issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency
• Manage shipments within SAP, track freight, and maintain task events and document control
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align strategies with business goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, inventory, or a related field
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation, or a related field of study
• Proven track record of performing under pressure to meet firm timelines
• Ability to work independently and interact within a team environment
• Easily adaptable to changing business needs, market conditions, and functional goals and strategy
• Experience with third-party domestic carriers
• Proven experience as an Inventory or Logistics Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Additional duties as assigned
