We are seeking a motivated Research Programmer / Computational Biologist to join the laboratory of Dr. Chaolin Zhang in the Department of Systems Biology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC). The Zhang Laboratory takes a multidisciplinary approach that integrates biochemistry, molecular biology, genome engineering, high-throughput data analysis, and integrative modeling to study protein-RNA interaction, neuronal alternative splicing regulation and RNA-based precision medicine.
