Credence has an immediate opening for an ACC A2 AF DCGS Future Operations Analyst supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A3/2D).

The Contractor shall serve as an action officer supporting ACC A3/2D Future Operations Branch efforts to advance Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E), modernization, and integration of Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) capabilities. This role supports convergence of AOC, AF DCGS, and Targeting enterprises into a unified digital environment to enhance kill chain speed, scale, and effectiveness.

Specific Support Tasks are as follows:

  • The Contractor shall support AF DCGS program management and modernization efforts, including monitoring intelligence mission organizations, systems, tradecraft, and policy with a focus on future operations.
  • The Contractor shall assist in the integration of emerging operational concepts, technologies, and systems to enable interoperability between AF DCGS and Air Force, Joint, DoD, and Coalition partners.
  • The Contractor shall support planning, programming, and budgeting (PPBE) activities, including materiel and non-materiel solution analysis, modeling and simulation, and cost analysis.
  • The Contractor shall develop and deliver strategic plans, concepts of operations (CONOPS), program defense narratives, and executive-level correspondence to support operational and programmatic priorities.
  • The Contractor shall analyze and interpret National and Service-level policy and guidance (e.g., NDS, NMS) and emerging concepts (e.g., ABMS, JADC2, Joint Warfighting Concept) to inform future ISR and AF DCGS posture.
  • The Contractor shall represent ACC A3/2D in exercises, tests, and experimentation events, contributing to development and validation of new tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), technologies, and tradecraft.
  • The Contractor shall provide subject matter expertise (SME) on advanced ISR concepts, including Multi-INT, AI/ML, Automation, Augmentation (AAA), and cloud-based systems, supporting identification of solutions to capability gaps.
  • The Contractor shall support the development and implementation of ACC and Air Force strategies, policies, and operational concepts for ISR and DCGS modernization.
  • The Contractor shall provide programmatic and operational insight into Joint ISR, Targeting, and C2 architectures, including systems, sensors, data links, and enterprise processes.
  • The Contractor shall participate in working groups and cross-functional teams, developing documentation, strategies, and implementation plans to advance ISR integration and modernization.
  • The Contractor shall support knowledge integration and convergence efforts to align AF DCGS, AOC, and Targeting enterprises into a common digital environment with integrated workflows.
  • The Contractor shall contribute to engagement work plans, applying appropriate consulting methodologies, conducting analysis, and delivering high-quality products aligned to mission objectives.
  • The Contractor shall prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for senior leaders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and mission alignment.
  • The Contractor shall provide team leadership within assigned functional areas, overseeing junior staff and ensuring quality control of deliverables.
  • The Contractor shall identify risks, capability gaps, and integration challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve ISR effectiveness and kill chain performance.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 3-10 years of consulting and/or directly relevant experience in ISR operations, AF DCGS, intelligence systems, or related DoD mission areas.
  • Experience supporting Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E), modernization initiatives, or capability integration efforts.
  • Familiarity with AF DCGS, AOC operations, ISR processes, and targeting workflows.
  • Experience with planning, programming, and budgeting (PPBE) processes and/or capability development.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze policy, operational concepts, and emerging technologies and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder engagements, including coordination across MAJCOMs, Joint, and Coalition partners.
  • Ability to lead small teams or functional efforts, ensuring delivery of high-quality products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level briefings and strategic documentation.

Work Environment

  • Primary duty location: HQ ACC (on-site).
  • Travel: Occasional travel to support exercises, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Security requirements: Compliance with all applicable system access, cybersecurity, and training requirements.
