Introductory Software / Power Platform Developer

Position Summary
The Introductory Software / Power Platform Developer supports the design, development, and maintenance of low-code applications and automations using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role is ideal for someone beginning their IT career who is interested in software development, business process automation, and modern cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

  • Build and support automated workflows using Power Automate to improve business processes.

  • Collaborate with business users and IT team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of applications and flows.

  • Support integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and related systems.

  • Custom applications development using development tools like Python, C#, JavaScript libraries, etc.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (logic, variables, functions).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and/or Power Automate) preferred.

  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Dataverse is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
