About the Internship The Johnson Outdoors Summer Internship Program is a paid, handson experience for college students and recent graduates who want real exposure to Human Resources in a global organization. Location: Racine, WI (right on Lake Michigan) Interns are treated as true contributors, not observers. You'll collaborate with the HR team on real projects that support our people, culture, and business priorities - gaining experience that directly translates to future HR roles. What You'll Do As an HR Intern, you'll support a variety of Human Resources initiatives that shape the employee experience:
