- Assemble and manage to a multi-year strategic plan assuring that Mouser leads our industry in Product Data utility and quality.
- Manage the ongoing Product Data improvement process from research to prioritization to execution and feedback.
- Better define strategies for improving extended product information such as associated documents (pdfs), images and other resources not contained in our Product Data Systems.
- Ability to present to, and negotiate with, parties ranging from technical resources to executives including our CEO and our business partners.

- Defining best practices and standards for data, reporting and analysis.
- Oversees the taxonomy, classification, attribution, images and supporting documents for the TTI Family of Companies (FOC).
- Develops and maintains relationships with key individuals at the TTI Family of Companies to support data strategies and objectives.
- Oversees and works closely with the Data Taxonomist to monitor the electronics industry for new technologies along with reviewing competitor and supplier websites.
- Ensures data is relevant for users that are sourcing products in all regions worldwide while supporting and participating in the company total quality process.
- Oversees and provides guidance to the Mouser Photo Studio and team to ensure the images are in line with business priorities and strategies.
- Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.
- Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree is typically expected.
- Internal candidates: Minimum of 5 years total management experience, including a minimum 3 years as an exceptional performing Mouser Manager.
- External candidates: Minimum 6 years of total management experience, including 4 years experience as a manager or higher-level management position. Exceptional references required.
