The PrecisionMeso-scale Technology Center (PMTC)locatedon Keysight's campus in SantaRosa,CA exists to providehigh precisionmechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight's industry leading electronic measurement equipment. As a manufacturing engineer you will develop and sustain manufacturing processesutilizingcutting edgetechnologiesto achieve micron level tolerancesin precision machining. Working closely with R&D on microwave and mm wave applications you will influence and create designs for mechanical components and assemblies,facilitatingtheir release and supporting production.

As a manufacturing engineer your duties may include:
* Investigating the latestprecisionmachining technologies
* Tooling design
* Providing design for manufacturing input on new product design
* Troubleshooting process issues
* Root cause analysis
* Documentation creation and maintenance

• Bachelors,Mastersor PhD in Mechanical Engineeringor applicable Sciences
• 4+ years of applicable experience in precision machining, manufacturing and design (part design, product design, and/or process design)
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning andTolerancing (GD&T)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in and/or lead diverse cross-functional teams
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize day to day activities balancing immediate needs with long term project goals
• Solid modeling experience
• Familiarity with RF, microwave and mm wave applications desired

Pay Range:

USD $114,620.00 - USD $191,030.00 Year
