Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, organized, and confident building relationships with both candidates and clients. We are only interested in individuals who bring prior recruiting experience, and existing client base to our business.

In this role, you will manage your own recruiting efforts from start to finish. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, filling open positions, maintaining client relationships, and helping drive business growth through strong recruiting and customer service skills. Hourly base pay, depending on experience and client base. Includes commission and benefits!

Responsible For:

• Manage recruiting efforts for your own job openings from start to finish
• Post jobs, source candidates, and build a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Provide excellent customer service and consistent communication to clients
• Assist candidates with onboarding and hiring paperwork
• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships
• Make outbound calls with confidence, including cold calling to develop business
• Stay organized while managing multiple openings, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
