Responsibilities include but not limited to... * Managing a wide variety of survey projects including ALTA, boundary, construction staking, elevation certificates, plat and topographic surveys from beginning to end * Survey project coordination including: * Client Communication * Fee estimates and proposals * Project scheduling & execution * Budgets * Review and certifications * Assist with marketing efforts * Train and mentor survey team members Qualifications include... * Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Missouri or ability to obtain within one yea * Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Kansas or ability to obtain within one year * Computer skills in Word, Excel, Civil3D, and Trimble Business Center or equivalent * Knowledge of modern surveying equipment including GPS and robotic total stations * Knowledge of bathymetric, UAV, and 3D scanning equipment is beneficial but not mandatory * Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles * Ability to establish and maintain client relationships * Strong analytical and communication skills We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
