Facilities Planning and Development Job Description
The Trimble PMIS Administrator (Trimble Admin) will be the primary contact for UM to maintain system level configuration and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users. As the enterprise-wide Project Management Information System, Trimble Unity Construct affects all aspects of UM capital development projects. The Trimble Admin will be required to be highly responsive and able to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of the UM. The Trimble Admin will liaise with the Trimble core team, Director of PMIS, steering committee and end users to implement any required account level modifications which could include modifications of data fields, reports, dashboards, templates, and other software interface. M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Trimble administrative experience and PeopleSoft accounting experience. Anticipated Hiring Range
