Performs identified Move/Add/Change activity to include all required network modifications. May include moving/adding connection in network closet and terminating port connections at the end location (conference room, desk, office, etc.). May include necessary changes within the switch to accommodate port activation. Assist with network design Receiving and deploying iphones and ipads. Configuring devices for corporate solutions. Support other network personnel as required with the installation/modification of network infrastructure and components
Basic network monitoring. Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment. Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment. Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop Duties includeinstalling, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones. Order and tracking inventory.Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops)
Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission Analyzes existing networks and then designs and creates customized networks and computer systems to meet business needs and ensure smooth proper running This is a iphone focused role Pay: $21.40/hour

- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience migrating workstations to WIN 9 or 10
- 2 years demonstrating professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms / systems / applications and tools to include Operating system expertise - Windows, Apple, Network protocol and Image loading protocol
- 2 years LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
- 2 years Experience with Windows Operating Systems in an enterprise environment (i.e., Windows 10, 11, GPO, Active Directory, Teams, Exchange, Skype etc.)
- 2 Experience with Hardware repair. (HP equivalate)
Preferred skills & Qualifications:
- Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
- Demonstrates excellent Customer Service
- Install and configure network devices (i.e. network printers, scanners, plotters, PC's, etc)
- Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices
- Perform data termination / activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect. (activation of data drops)
- Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drops
- Assist in relocation of customer employees at the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in new location)
- Assist with imaging of laptops and PCs for deployment
