Acara solutions is looking for a Process Technician for our client who specializes in Power and Energy manufacturing located in Cypress, CA.

What You'll Get:

  • Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
  • Compensation: $26.52/hour
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 2pm-10:30pm

About the Opportunity:
As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and running efficiently. You'll work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside experts in materials, manufacturing, and test engineering, gaining valuable experience in a highly technical environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability
  • Follow production plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
  • Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Assist with cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process technician roles
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel/Word)
  • Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Must be able available to work occasional weekend shift (be available for service support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends) depending on business needs and be able to stand for an extended period of time
