Here's what you'd do: Utilize expertlevel Jira Cloud experience, including advanced JQL, dashboards, reporting, crossteam tracking, and workflow/board configuration, and be able to use Jira data to provide clear, factbased delivery insights. Use deep Agile and Scrum mastery, strong execution discipline, and the ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams. Be a confident leader who can influence stakeholders, challenge unrealistic plans, escalate when needed, and ensure teams remain focused on predictable, outcomedriven delivery in a highpressure environment. Minimum 1 year of experience in Scrum Master Minimum 2 years of experience in member of an agile team. Minimum 2 years of experience in Jira Cloud experience, including advanced JQL, dashboards, reporting, crossteam tracking, and workflow/board configuration. What Sets You Apart: Proactively Manages crossteam and crossART dependencies Efficient in Agile knowledge, Jira, and JQL Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices. Experience developing/managing digital capabilities. Understanding of Design Thinking principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience leading through influence.
