Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Utilize expertlevel Jira Cloud experience, including advanced JQL, dashboards, reporting, crossteam tracking, and workflow/board configuration, and be able to use Jira data to provide clear, factbased delivery insights.
  • Use deep Agile and Scrum mastery, strong execution discipline, and the ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams.
  • Be a confident leader who can influence stakeholders, challenge unrealistic plans, escalate when needed, and ensure teams remain focused on predictable, outcomedriven delivery in a highpressure environment.
Here's what you'll get:
Payrate: $80.00/hour
Hours: 40hours/week.
Length: Contract (6-9 months)

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Scrum Master
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in member of an agile team.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Jira Cloud experience, including advanced JQL, dashboards, reporting, crossteam tracking, and workflow/board configuration.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Proactively Manages crossteam and crossART dependencies
  • Efficient in Agile knowledge, Jira, and JQL
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
  • Experience developing/managing digital capabilities.
  • Understanding of Design Thinking principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience leading through influence.
  • Strong Leadership & Stakeholder Influence
